We are three fat people in love with oriental cuisine and culture, who grew up in the West.
Graduated in gastronomy from Anhembi Morumbi University, we want to expand the gastronomic market with a focus on hot Asian cuisine such as “Fried Rice” and “Wok” preparations, as well as varied starters and classic oriental sandwiches without losing our western roots and classical techniques.
We have extensive experience in the area, having worked in the cuisine of renowned restaurants in the gastronomic scene of São Paulo, such as D.O.M., Botanikafe, Tuju, and also working with private events, from dinners to parties.
